Protein is found in most foods and it's a myth that vegetarians have a hard time getting enough!.
Soybeans and foods made from them (like tofu, tempeh, tvp, edamame, soy milk, and fake "meat" products) have a lot of protein!. Other types of beans and legumes are great sources (any type of bean, lentils, peas, peanuts, peanut butter, chickpeas!.) also, whole grains (like cereal, whole grain bread, brown rice, oatmeal, quinoa,) vegetables (especially dark green ones,) all kinds of nuts and seeds, dairy products and eggs are good sources!. Protein is present in just about all foods except for oils, though fruits have only a small amount!. If you're eating a variety of foods from all of the vegetarian food groups, you shouldn't need to worry about protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you eat eggs and dairy products, then it's easy!. Eat cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc!. Ask your mom to make you a bunch of hardboiled eggs!. They are easy to pop into lunches and grab for breakfasts!. Egg salad sandwiches too!
Some frozen veggie burgers are high in soy protein!. Bocca burgers is one brand!. You can microwave them, but they are better if you pan fry them slowly in a bit of olive oil!.
Hummus and vegetarian bean soups and chili are all great sources of protein from beans!. You can also buy roasted, flavored tofu in refrigerated packs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are worried about protein, don't be, unless you are anorexic, bulimic or eat nothing but junk food!.
I would advise you to give up junk food altogether!. Your sense of taste would change dramatically!.
If you eat bread, pasta, rice, beans, peas, and lentils, there is no way you'll need more protein unless you are a bodybuilder!. In that case, you would just have to eat more of those foods!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love edamame - It's raw soybeans!. You can buy them in bags frozen at most grocers and in all whole foods markets!. You can just put a handful in a bowl, add some water, salt it a little, and microwave until warm - then you take off the pod and eat!. It's so good, and it doesn't taste like Tofu (which I hate)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Soy!. Soy is the golden child of vegetarian diets since it can be made into practically fake anything!. Soy-dogs, vege-burger meat, Tofu, smoothies, or by itself (edamame)!.
It's scary, you can make a fake anything with soy!. Check your local health food store, or grocery store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
