Answers:
I'm sure that it is normal if it is not out of date, has signs of exterior corrosion or noticeable contamination of mold of bacteria!.

The only problem of concern is how much you probably paid for that little can of chili!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah it should be fine to eat!.!.!.!.!. If you have a feeling telling you not to eat it, than don't eat it!. Or, you can have somebody try it first =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

As long as it hasn't expired, you'll most likely be fine!. I've had that happen with my own homemade chili!. Just stir it up a bit!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

This happens a lot with chili!. Just stir it up and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If the can was intact and it smells fine, I'd eat it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
