What prepared foods can you safely buy from the grocer that are vegan?!


Question: What prepared foods can you safely buy from the grocer that are vegan!?
I need cereals, crackers, breads, spreads,dips ect!.
I pretty much need accompaniments ,---- not the prepared meals---------- thanks for your helpWww@FoodAQ@Com

You just need to read ingredient lists until you find brands you can count on!. Lots of cereals have milk derivatives in the, but you can find plenty that don't!. Ezekiel breads are good, but there are plenty of brands that are egg, dairy and honey free (though you may find mono- and diglycerides of questionable origin!.) Hummus and olive tapenades are almost always vegan, as is salsa!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Anything from the produce section, plus most tofu, Boca burgers (the box says in huge letters if it's vegan)!.
Some kinds of Kashi crackers contain whey, so check the label first!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
