Answers:
most fruits have natural sugar- so you want high fiber fruits to balance the sugar!. Berries are among the highest in fiber!.
Vegetables- just about any are good, the ones to limit are the starchy ones like potatoes and corn, the rest are great, the best are the leafy greens because they have the most vitamins and minerals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Agreeing with other people I wouldn't stay away from natural fruits!. There are too many good nutrients that go with them!. Bananas, blueberries, strawberries, oranges all have different vitamins that our bodies need!.

If you want to be more carful about your fruits, go organic to avoid pesticides and fertilizers!. also stay away from fruit salads which may have added preservatives and you'll be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the natural sugar that is in fruit is good for your body!. it keeps your blood sugar in check!. you need it!. anything that is natural is pretty much good for you!.!.!. any fruit or vegetable will do!. the sugar that is in fruit is not the same as the sugar in candy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try kiwis or strawberries!.They are 100% natural and taste like sugar but they have no sugar in them!.They are very sweet but natural!.Try it!.and 4 vegtables, try to make a salad with low fat ranch so its tasy and healthy at the same time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All fruits have sugar in them but it's natural sugar which isn't bad for your body!. There aren't any fruits or vegetables that are bad for your body so all should be fine for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
