I am going vegan?!


Question: I am going vegan!?
After watching somethings on utube about what happens to animals as they are killed for food and leather,wool and fur i have decided to go vegan!. as a vet tech i feel that i need to join the fight to help animals, Can someone tell me somethings on how to become a vegan and some of the things that i can eat and what suplaments that i can take to keep my body healthy!. I'm not a vegan myself, but I have a few friends who are and who have had me try some of their vegan food- including brownies which taste no different from the regular kind!. I wish I could be more help on what kinds of things you need to include in your diet!. But I can at least congratulate you on your decision to go vegan!. You should go to a bookstore and get some vegan cookbooks!. There are some really good ones with a lot of helpful advice for how to become vegan, and different ways to supplement eggs and dairy, and how to prepare healthy vegan meals!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
