I make little tarts that anyone can eat - even a diabetic - with no fake sweetners even!. Use only the natural juice from the fruit!.

Pie has either sugar or, even if its sugar-free, carbs!. Depending upon your condition, you can eat it if you closely monitor your overall sugar intake for that meal, exercise level, and make it a very rare treat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pie is a very broad kingdom!. There are meat pies, fruit pies, pizzas, lamejouns, tiropitas and spanokopitas, quiches, tartes, tortes, and god knows what else!.
I think you have to look at the pies individually!. What's the filling!? How was the crust made!? What is the topping, if any!? Etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
