Question: I bought some rather expensive hydroponic lettuce that is 'alive' -it has thick roots and they are in water,,,
what is the purpose of this and how is it different from other lettuce aside from the fact that it was grown pesticide free!. What I mean is -is there an additional benefit to it being alive instead of dead!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
