What does it mean when someone says "Can't you hear the potatoes scream when you cut them?"?!

Question: What does it mean when someone says "Can't you hear the potatoes scream when you cut them!?"!?
Answers:
That phrase is usually said by meat eaters to vegetarians and vegans!. They are trying to explain to them that they are hypocritical because they don't want to kill animals, but yet they kill plants!. This is just a joke though, it shouldn't be taken as an insult or anything!. Anyways the reason we eat plants but not animals is because plants can not feel pain!. They lack a central nervous system and a brain so therefore they can not suffer or feel pain!. Hope I helped and good luck :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

It means, why be a vegetarian when almost everything you eat is alive!. Ignore it, the potato doesn't have a brain, feelings, etc!., therefore it is okay to eat them!.

**In other words, the person is stupid!Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's what stupid people say when you tell them "i don't eat meat"

they say it because most vegetarians/vegans do it to minimize pain to animals and these speds are interested in the pain of the plants which feel NO PAINWww@FoodAQ@Com
