What vegies will give me the most nutrients?!
I am desperately trying to lose weight in the next three weeks but have very little money!. Im planning to eat mostly fruit & veg and I just wanted to know which fruit and veg should I eat to get the most nutrients and goodness while Im eating very little meat and carbs!. Carrots are exceptionally good for you but hard to chew on!. I get round this by having juice instead!. I have consumed 2 kilos worth of carrots today, by making and drinking 2 litres of fresh raw carrot juice!.
Use the vegetables to make home-made soup!. Very filling and nourishing!. Very basic, put cut up vegetables into pot, add water (or vegetable stock) season with herbs, boil until veggies soft!. Remove from heat and mash or put through blender!.
During this weight-loss period, avoid all fizzy sodas, alcohol, caffeine, shop-brought juices and sports drinks!. also avoid animal flesh, cheese and all other dairy, grains, cereals and supermarket breads!.
Drink plenty of pure filtered water!. Water helps to curb your appetite, by filling you up (drink 10 mins prior to meal, not with the meal) it also helps you to lose weight by flushing out toxins!. Many people are actually overweight due to stored toxins!.
also a 30 minute brisk walk everyday will assist with the weight loss!.
You won't lose THAT much in only 3 weeks but it is a start!.
You may also feel "off" in the first few days, due to your body detoxing!. This will pass in a few days!. If you get a headache, try not to take medication because you will only then have to re-detox it out of your system!.

In addition to what others have said (green leafy things such as kale), beans are pretty high in iron (as well as protein and fiber), and are very, very cheap if you buy them dried!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

go to a farmers market and buy the cheapest fruits!.!.!. they are cheap because they are extremely ripe and will spoil within the next 1-2 day(s)
