Answers:
Scrambled tofu makes a good sub for scrambled egg, but a vegan really wouldn't expect you to concoct something to replace, say, a fried egg!. We don't eat eggs by choice, so we're not going to miss them when they're skipped altogether!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bogie, vegans dont eat eggs or drink milk cause the animals suffer horribly to make these products!. They are tortured and crammed into tiny cages and crates barely able to move, beaten, pumped up with steroids and antibiotics, forced to eat the ground up flesh of thier own species and denyed veteranary care!. It is one big circle of abuse!.

As for the English egg thing!.!.!.!.make something else for your vegan friend!. But I think they have artificial eggs at healthfood stores!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tofu makes delicious scrambled eggs!. I'm not a vegan and even I like it!.

I always recommend that page for recipes!. You can tweak it to your own tastes!.

Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well actually egg replacers are sold in some places!. YOu could find them maybe in an organic store or in a vegetarian/vegan store!. They maybe hard to come by in some places (like where I live) so I had to get mine from a website!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hash browns, yummy!
Edit: Bogie, they don't eat any animal product or produce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just curious about why vegans can't eat the unfertilized egg of a chicken!. The egg will do nothing but rot if they are not eaten!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
