Answers:
If you haven't already start taking a multivitamin with iron, also you need to make sure you are taking in calcium and iron rich vegetables or other foods (ie!. Spinach, eggs, beans, broccoli, etc) As soon as I started doing that I got more energy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't need to eat meat!. But if you are a vegetarian, your diet needs a little more planning than someone who eats meat!.

I can really say what is causing the tiredness from this information, as I don't know what you have been eating!. But I would suggest seeing a dietitian, or at least seeing your doctor for advice on what you could be missing out on, and ways of increasing that!.

Common deficiencies are iron, zinc, vitamin B12 and calcium!. You need to make sure you are eating foods high in these!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
