i don't support them with my time or money because i don't believe in "animal liberation!." for example, i don't think it's wrong to keep dogs as pets!.!.!.!.
i think many of the causes they fight for are valid ones, but i don't necessarily agree with the method that they protest either!. it's one thing to picket a restaurant, but i don't think it's right that they've been known to hand out fliers to children after school that say, "your mommy is a murderer!."
i think they raise a lot of awareness for important issues, but sometimes they take it too far!. when they lose their respectfulness for others it upsets me!. i'm all for humane treatment of animals, but i'm for humane treatment of people, too!.
i choose to support local animal rescues instead, and when i do that i know exactly where my money is going =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have mixed feeling about PETA!. In my opinion they can be pretty extreme, like saying you shouldnt eat honey and ride horses and such!. They have had a lot of success stories and have changes the mind of millions of people!. I personally think they are a good lead to animals welfare issues that need urgent responses, so I do support them, I just dont agree with everything they do and say, but the cause is a good one and has helped thousands of animals through education and information!. The thing is is that PETA is so hard core they dont even think that dogs should be kept as pets, if they werent pets then they either would not exist or be rampant and wild, that or killed and eaten!. Plus I can quarentee the people at PETA own dogs and feed them meat!. So there are many reasons to dislike PETA, but more reason to appreciate them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
They have a great goal in educating the public about animal rights and being a vegetarian!. They are extreme activists!. Perhaps a little over the top, but they don't have a bad cause that is for sure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The organization is legit and stable!. There are just some crazy people that belong to it!. But that dosent take away from all the good they do!. Animals cant defend themselves and PETA does it for them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
