Answers:
3 months isn't a terribly long time, so your body probably hasn't lost any ability to process the foods you used to eat!. I would take it slowly, however!. If you intend to start eating meat again, start by only eating one small serving a day!. Eat light meats at first that aren't heavy or greasy (like poultry and fish!.) Then you can move up to the fattier meets, like beef and pork, if your stomach handles the others well!.

The biggest thing you'll have to get used to is eating tons of fat again!. After giving up all meat and cheese for a week once, I had to force myself to eat it again!. I love it, but after not eating it, you just kind of realize how disgusting it is!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stop thinking about switching back! Statistics show that vegetarians visit hospital 22% less often than meat eaters and for shorter stays!. Vegetarians have a 20% lower blood cholestrol level than meat eaters and this reduces heart attack and cancer risks considerably!. You are doing the right thing for your body by being a vegetarian! So if you are worried about becoming sick think of the risks you will have later on in life if you switch back to eating meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You may not become sick, but you will be just another name on the list of supply and demand for the factory farms which slaughter innocent animals everyday!.

Don't give up, you're already a vegetarian!. Why not become a vegan!? it's better for the animals, your diet, and your conscious!.

That is!.!.!. if you care about animals at all!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not if you work meat back into your diet gradually!.

If you suddenly go out and buy ten beefburgers and eat them, then yes you'll be very sick!. But to start with try having small amounts of white meat with one meal each day, then gradually increase the amounts and start adding red meats!.

Welcome back to meat eating!. It's tasty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no, and good thing that you mentioned three months, because if you have been a vegetarian for a year or more, your body would treat the meat as an invader, and you WOULD get sick, but three months isnt long, so you should be just fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You wont get sick!.

But it is sickening and sadistic that you would want to have those poor animals slaughtered!

Ask yourself if you want to return to the sadistic life!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you wouldn't, 3 months isnt long!. 3 years maybe a different story!. if you wanna be really careful only eat it a little at a time to start out!. but seriously nothing should go wrongWww@FoodAQ@Com
