ok well im trying to eat healthier but im not really sure what to eat!.!.!.!. like i have a few ideas but what are your ideas!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

forget your fats,sugary, and starchy foods,junk food etc i would rather eat healthy by foods that are not sugary, and has too may calories eg if i cook chicken i always remove the fats and skin and cook it has it is, never swamp it with oild and lard etc!. grill a great deal less frying,Www@FoodAQ@Com
Soup!. Minestrone soup that's so thick with vegetables that it's more like a stew is an easy way to get lotza veggies for the next few days :]
