I'm a vegetarian too and its so irritating sometimes trying to stay veg and obtaining essential nutrients cause I'm also anemic but I stick to a lot of Indian foods cause a lot of them are vegetarian but have more of the vitamins and nutrients we need over lots of other vegetarian foods and meals out there!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are a sedentary adult, take your body weight (lbs) and multiply it by 0!.36, that should tell you aproximately how many grams of protein you need daily!. If you are active, multiply BW by 0!.4-0!.6!. If you are trying to build muscle, multiply BW by 0!.6-0!.9!.

-bean and cheese burritos
-"faux" meats!.!.!.!.boca, morningstar, etc!. are high in protein
-minestrone soup, and add extra beans (i use a kosher soup mix that has vegetarian marked on it!.!.!.it only takes about 30 minutes)
-omelettes
-3 bean salad
-cashew curry (nuts have tons of protein!)
-a salad with sunflower seeds and a hardboiled egg
-falafel
-veggie chili w/ beansWww@FoodAQ@Com

protien pills by some take one every day its the same as eating a steak {well i put that the wrong way its not its jsut minerals from the earth and mostly grass}or nuts
