For a tasty healthy snack, buy some tomato wraps and load them with spinach and small tomato slices/cherry tomatos cut in half!. Drizzle in some dressing!.!.!.I enjoy some parmesan cheese sprinkled in there too as I eat cheese, is there a vegan option that would be similar!? But anyway, it is simple and a wonderful treat!
