Question: Can you freeze tofu salad (as in the filling for "mock-chicken" salad sandwich)!?

In addition to tofu I blended in some raw veggies (carrots, onion, bell pepper), (what is best described as) generic miracle whip, curry, mustard!.!.!.!.!.

I made way more than two of us can eat, and I really don't want it to go bad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
