coleslaw with caraway and raisins

3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Kosher salt and pepper
1 small head green cabbage, thinly sliced
6 scallion, thinly sliced
2 carrots, grated
1 cup Golden raisins

IN a large bowl, whisk the sour cream, vinegar, caraway seeds, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper!.

Youve got lima, butter, kidney, canneloni, peas, snow peas, string beans, snake beans, french beans, legumes which are not beans but closely related!. You can fry them, bake them, simmer them, boil them or whack them straight from the can!.
