Whole wheat toast with a light spread of cream cheese and fresh salsa on top of it!. It is really good!.

OR stuff a whole grain Peta pocket full of fresh spinach, salsa, your favorite cheese if you eat dairy , I am not sure what type of vegetarian you are!. "Matter of fact I don't know which one is which because I am not a vegetarian!." I have to have protein, arrrggg! Anyways, stuff the Peta full of veggies, like spinach , tomato, fresh salsa, avocado and sauteed mushrooms!. Yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Seeded bread gently fried in a tiny, tiny amount of oil, then covered in raw slices of tomato!.

well if you have soya yogurt you could have some of that with strawbwrries or whatever fruit you have, some toast with soya margerine and jam!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bacon, eggs, sausages, black pudding, hash brown, beans, mushrooms and fried bread all cooked in lard!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beans on wholemeal toast with a couple of tomatoes brushed with olive oil and grilled!. Juice, then tea!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
