I am a vegetarian too! And being a vegetarian is PERFECTLY healthy!. It lowers the risk of getting a disease form meat!. I don't know any exact recipes, but you can look in a vegetarian cook book!. I eat things like vegetables, Mexican food without meat, pasta and other things!.

Your weight and height are perfect!. You can go online on google and type in vegetarian recipes or you can go and get yourself a cookbook!. Don't go by Vegetarian Gemini's answer!. I don't agree with that weight scale!. There isn't a specific weight for your height but a range that you should fall into!. I'm 5'6" and when I weighed 130 I looked so thin and my doctor said I was underweight!. I go by how I feel and how my clothes fit!. I don't live by a scale!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
