You can also use low-fat tofu to reduce the fat count even more!.
You can play with this recipe by changing to flavor of Kool-Aid or using different type of Tofu!. If you use the silken variety this will turn out more a smoothy texture!. Adding a teaspoon of ground Flax Seed give it a hint of a nutty flavor and a little more texture!.
When I make this for dessert, for guest, fresh strawberrys are a great addition to the mix!.

Tofu and Vegetable stir fry!.

(1) In either a fry pan or wok brown some onions in oil!.
(2) Chop up a mixture of any vegetables that you have to hand and add them to the pan!. Cook them until they are soft!.
(3) Next cut the tofu into cubes and add to the pan and combine with the vegetables!. If you have any bottled sauces i!.e!. pasta sauce etc you can also add a bit of this to give the finished meal extra flavour and moisture!.
(4) Next and most importantly you need to season the stir fry!.
Ideally use salt, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, and any other savoury seasoning of your choice (5 or 7 Spice, Cajun or All Purpose Seasoning all go very well with vegetable stir fry)!. If you don't have any of these just use whatever you have in your cupboard, but be sure to stock up on the seasonings mentioned above the next time you do a grocery shop so that you always have them to hand!.
(5) Combine all of the ingredients in the pan thoroughly!.

Serve and enjoy!.

This should take about 10 - 15 minutes to cook depending on how thickly you have cut your vegetables!.

Hope this helps =DWww@FoodAQ@Com
