Best foods to eat to 'line the stomach'?!
Currently taking a medication that's *very* acidic, lots of reactions with the stomach unless you take it with food!. What's best to stop a case of heartburn/indigestion the size of an elephant's grandmother!? NB, no cheating by eating/ingesting over-the counter heartburn remediesWww@FoodAQ@Com

In your case, I would consume foods rich in fiber!. Fiber looks like a mesh screen under the microscope!. After it cleans out everything!. Try foods that stick with you for a while!. Hummus and peanut butter move slowly through the digestive tract and have a neutral PH!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
definately milk, not heard of banana's tho' I shall keep it in mind as I got a lot of indigestion!.
