Is it bad to eat 5 slices of toast ?!

Question: Is it bad to eat 5 slices of toast !?
I ate 5 wholemeal, light butter and honey today!. just wondering, thanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
This is a very high loading of carbohydrate, and while you have gotten a good dose of fibre, that combined with the sodium intake can have problems!.
Did you eat it all at once!? If it is two meals you are talking about, not so bad, although balanced meals with your fruit and veg are just as important!.
You are looking at about 35g carbohydrate for 2 slices of wholemeal bread!. (Honey is extra)!. Depends on the bread!. That is about 88 g carb whereas a balanced meal is 40-50g carb!.
Main thing is no one food is wrong, it is the balance of foods that matter!.
Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nothing wrong with carbs, wholegrain bread is good for you! So long as you balance your diet and eat sufficient protein, fresh fruit and vegies!. also make sure that you are not eating more than you can burn off or you will put on weight!. That's all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

thats too many carbs and too many carbs=extra pounds
and the honey=sugar diabetes

so watch what you eat if wanna be skinnyWww@FoodAQ@Com

the wholemeal bread that i get has 25g of carbs per 2 slices!.!.!. so just make sure u enjoyed them and eat a bit more cautiouslyWww@FoodAQ@Com
