Perhaps some fake meats!? When they are grilling their burgers you can grill yours!

My friend loves tofu-dogs!. I would like to try them I just haven't gotten to it yet!.

I make veggie-kebabs!. They are quite yummy!. You could also have a baked potato!.

I love http://www!.vegweb!.com , it has a section for recipes for camping trips!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should bring crackers to put the peanut butter on, tostitos (or your favorite kind of chip that goes well with salsa), salsa, donuts, jelly(to go with the peanut butter), soup to go (if you have hot water) or cans of soup if you have access to a microwave, pop-tarts, and give each person one of those little personal pies!. You find them at the end of aisles and they are tiny little pies!. They are like less than 50 cents and you can choose from so many flavors!! You can give everyone one of those in their favorite flavor!! You can get them at Martin's, Wal-Mart, or probably your neighborhood grocery store! My favorite flavors are lemon and cherry!. You could get a bigger pie if you do not want to buy the little personal ones, or give everyone some pie! Good luck! What you have so far sounds great too!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could bring - tofu mushrooms 2 potatoes, a carrot , onion & large flour torts, (cheese if you eat dairy)!. in one frying pan with a little olive oil or butter crumble touf, slice mushrooms thin, small cube potatoe, dice onion, dice carrot - throw all in frying pan with fav seasoning - soya sauce - salt & pepper - heat should be mediun - stir regularly!. should cook about 25 min - you can put the lid on but don't forget to stir!. once potatoes are soft all is done!. now break out torts and wrap it all up!. this is what our veggie family makes on 1st day of camping trips - hahaha - we call them camping burritos!. these are very filling - even the non-veg kids we took on family camping trips loved them and got soooo full they did not miss meat! and we made on 1st day cuz leftovers store well in tupperware in icechest ( no meat to spoil) and could be grabed easily and wrapped up again by any one at any time!. mmmmmm - have fun! our camping burritos varied from time to time & with who happen to be in charge of it - sometimes they had beans & salsa or indian curry flavor!. veggie camping loving Mom :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Burritos are really fast and easy to make on a camp stove!. Bring pre-grated cheese in a ziploc bag, tortillas, salsa, beans, avocados, tomatoes, a small tub of sour cream, and some chips & salsa for the side!. The carnivores can add meat to their burritos if they want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need something hot or the whole trip will just suck!. Some easy to cook stuff is!. Vegetables in foil in the fire is pretty good!. Instant oatmeal for breakfast!. If you can find vegetarian canned soup or beans those are easy!. also boil in bag rices!. Not sure how good vegi-dogs would be on a stick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tofu hot-dogs, oatmeal, vegetarian chili, couscous, tabouleh, hummous, pitas, granola bars, bean salad, dolmares!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

mushroom burgers are especially delicious!. (if you like portabellos)!.
