Answers:
We do just fine! My seven year old is deathly allergic to peanuts and cashews ( basically, all nuts thanks to cross-contamination issues)!. so they've been banned from our house totally!. We really don't even miss it, but have you tried Sunbutter!? It's a direct peanut butter replacement for peanut/nut allergic people made out of sunflower seeds!. We order 4 lb!. jars of it online!. It tastes amazing ( like peanut butter, but a little sweeter) and it's great for busy days!.
That said, there are all kinds of other great foods vegetarians thrive on :)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is going to be tricky, particularly as it includes soy (you said "all legumes") but you can make it work!.
Stay away from pre-packaged vegetarian food- most faux meats, including veggie dogs and burgers, tofu, veggie jerky, as almost all the time they contain soy!.
Focus on fresh fruits, veggies and grains- that'll give you the foundation for a really healthy diet!.
Wrap salad greens in a tortilla and add some dressing- you've got a light lunch or a snack!.
Grapes and dried fruit are good when you're short on time!.
Pasta is best for dinners; you can dress it up with various types of sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want to be vegan, you'll probably need certain amino acid supplements!. As to exactly what, I'm not sure!. You might want to ask a nutritionist or doctor!.

Seriously, you wouldn't want to end up with an amino acid imbalance, so get a professional opinion on such a big decision!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You'll be fine!. Just stay away from the nuts!. There are loads of other grains, veggies and fruits you could have!. Plus there is the imitation meat and dairy you can choose from!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

eat lots of beans and tofu instead of nutsWww@FoodAQ@Com
