Is eating fish skin bad for your health just as eating chicken skin?!

Question: Is eating fish skin bad for your health just as eating chicken skin!?
Answers:
No, fish don't have a layer of fat under the skin like chickens or even people for that matter!. Their fat is in their muscle/meat and it's more of an oily type fat!. Some fish will have fat pockets but all in all fish fat is good for you where chicken fat is not!. Omega 3 acids!.
I love fish skin, especially salmon skin!. Some people hate it, but it's a personal preference!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No and actually neither is chicken skin bad for you!. Eating the chicken with the is not bad in itslef!. But to a typical Western diet already loaded with other sources of fat, it is not recommended and is infact discouraged in certain situations!. Modern societies do not use up their calorie intake as efficiently as those who lived long ago when manual labor is the norm!.,

Fish skin does have layer of fat!. That's why bears prefer to eat just the skin, head and the roe of migrating salmon!. That's where most of the fat is located which the bear utilizes during winter and hibernation!. Bears however, do not suffer from the ill effects of having high cholesterol levels!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
