What can I do about bread cravings?!

Question: What can I do about bread cravings!?
I am vegan, trying to go raw!. My main obstacle is bread!. I tried raw bread I make myself, it is nice but I don't make enough!.
(I read somewhere that bread cravings are associated with not enough protien, but I am getting enough, anything else I could be missing!?)Www@FoodAQ@Com

While Oprah was doing her "21 day cleanse" (aka vegan, no gluten, caffeine, sugar, or alcohol!.) Kathy Freston made this comment after Oprah talked about missing gluten on her blog!. Kathy is a best selling author of "Quantum Wellness" and spiritual counselor that inspired Oprah to try the cleanse!.

"When you enjoy bread, try and make it an occasional treat!. If you can, make it as unprocessed as possible!. Whole grains with few added ingredients are best, of course!. The more you eat varied and colorful vegetables and plant based protein, the less you will crave bread!. You will be getting so much fiber and vitamins and nutrition that your cravings will permanently reset!." -Kathy Freston
