black beans is my go-to for protein, and they are very low calorie!. I season mine to no end, so i don't put them with anything else!. But a nice green bean salad with cherry tomatoes sliced in half and italian dressing is also delicious! Not near as much protein, though!.!.!.
Tofu is always a delicious option, too!. Stir-fry is very low calorie and is full of protein when you add the tofu!.
Oh, marinated and grilled tofu with a mediterranean chopped salad!.!.!. num num!. That one takes a while!.!.!.!.
