I was feeling quite famished so i ordered a full pizza and ate it all, now I am depressed, any advices?!

Don't let yourself get so hungry again!. If you get "famished" you will crave junk food and will be too hungry to stop eating when you are full!.

The feeling of depression is an instantaneous reaction of guilt!. The degree depends on the size of the pizza or the portion of food that made you guilty!. An advice i can give for you is try to work it out!. I mean, try walking around the house and sweat!. Play something that will make you move and sweat a lot!. do not wait for tomorrow!. Anyway, that'll be gone by then!. Try drinking a cup of warm tea!.!.!.It'll help!. Just move around,sweat for the meantime!. If your not up to a physical activity, try doing something that will divert your attention!. Wii will do, or a computer game!. But the best thing to do is sweat it out, You'll feel better in no time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I have felt guilty after eating tons of food also!. The best thing you can do is get back on track and start eating well again and exercise!. Yes, working out will do good, but just try and not do it only because you feel guilty!. Do it because you were going to do it regardless of your feeling guilty or not!. good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

What i wonder made you eat it all,then feel bad about it!?
You probably have food issues,or something!.
Try some aerobics or similar in several hours,you could burn off some of the fat,maybe!.
