I'm a vegan and I abstain from anything from animals or that harms animals:
-All meats
-Milk and any food that contains milk or milk derivatives
-Eggs and any food that contains eggs
-Cheese and any food that contains cheese
-Butter and any food that contains butter
-Animal glutens
-Gelatin
-Honey
-Anything cooked in animal fat, lard, or animal stock
-Leather goods
-Fur
-Natural wool
-Silk
-Non-food items that contain any animal products (for instance, a lot of body products contain honey or milk; high-end makeup brushes are often made from goat hair)
-Products from companies that are known to test on animals
I also boycott companies that use sweatshops and have unfair labor practices!. I care about ALL animals, humans included!. ;]

Vegans don't eat meat and fish, any dairy products or eggs!. also no gelatin!. You have to read ingredients!. There is so much that you can eat!. I have a vegan protein powder so I can supplement my diet with extra protein!. I love beans and chili, nuts, seeds, grains, pasta, breads,!. There are so many things that vegans can eat!. Just go online or buy a book on veganism!. You can eat anything that does have meat, fish, dairy, eggs, or gelatin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
