Ginger has been used for thousands of years to aid in digestion and treat stomach distress such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea so I'd say definitely give it a go!.

Tea sounds best (mmm!.!.!. with a little lemon) but that's just my taste buds talking :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ginger might help a little, but its not a guarantee!. Your best bet is to make a tea or homemade ginger ale (this actually takes a few days because it has to ferment a little), but if you are short on time eating it raw is just fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ginger is good for calming the stomach!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try it as a tea, it will definitely help!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
