Well they use tofu for chicken nugget substitutes and steak fajitas it is sold at the grocery store from the brand "morning star"!. I swear it tastes like the real stuff just dont tell anyone what it is and they won't complain!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Taco bar is a great start!. You can add a veggie bar ( carrot sticks, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, etc), fruit kabobs of season fruits, dips, cheese & crackers!. Don't forget your drinks like soda, bottled water & crystal light on the go!.

A luau would be a nice theme for a beach party!. Don't forget your music & plenty of sun screen!. Since it's a sweet 16 birthday party, you'll want to top it off with homemake ice cream that you can make there and cake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could have "fake meats", vegetarian pizza (or vegan pizza !.!.!. depends), vegetarian sushi (yum!), grilled pinaple or raw !.!.!.( idk, that just seems to go with the beach), vegetarian BBQ food, companies like Amy's , Lightlife and Boca make good stuff!. Fresh fruit and veggies work well too (you can even make the little fruit arangements to use as decoration), cheese cubes ("milk" or soy depending on your prefrence) !.!.!.

vegweb!.com has cool recipies !.!.!.(you can find recipies for most of the stuff I listed there)

Happy sweet 16! Try talking to your sis about it!. point out that technicly you can all eat if it's veg friendly and tell her what it means to you!. You may get lucky!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can try veggie burgers!. On foodnetwork!.com Guy Fieri has a pretty good recipe!. You can try vegetable dips for a variety of chips!. If your having it on the beach or any other theme you can try pasta!. If its a beach theme you can make it with a chunkier sauce and then you can have a platter of linguine with shrimp!. A salad station is also key! for any veg or meat eater!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Taco bar sounds great!
You know they have Morning Star Burger Crumb (I think that's the name), and you can put those in your tacos and tell your friends it's meat!. =p
You should be able to find these at a Publix or a Super Center Walmat!.

You can also buy some hummus, salsa, and chips! Can't go wrong there =P

Sorry, that's all I can think of =[Www@FoodAQ@Com

Coconut pineapple rice, kabobs, fruit and/or veggie some with meat like (chicken) ha ha make your sis make those!. won ton wrappers with cream cheese and "krab' or other veggie fillings!. pineapple slaw!. Killer desserts like macadamia nut brownies made with brown sugar and coconut and/or pineapple upside down cake!. Or a tropical ice cream sundae bar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it's at the beach, a taco bar would be a great idea!. You could also get some veggie burgers and veggie dogs to grill up, maybe make shish-ka-bobs(sp!?)!. Beachy stuff like that!.
