Theoretically speaking, if a person could eat only one fruit per day, which fruit would provide you with the most important nutrients that you can only get from fruit!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, berries are known for being especially good for you, so I would go with whatever type of berry you like the best!.

Mango!. It has lots of vitamin C, beta carotene (which your body converts to vitamin A, zinc, iron and, unusually for a fruit, it contains some B vitamins too!.
