Is Chinese wok cooking healty?!


Question: Is Chinese wok cooking healty!?
I used to eat in chinese restaurant, and order only vegetarian food!.
But the Chinese cooking normally very oilly (they use vegetable oil), and not sure they use monosodium glutamate or not!.
Do you think it is bad for health!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cooking in a wok is not in itself unhealthy!. The food is cooked quickly and lightly so more of the nutrients will remain than would be the case of food cooked for a long time!.
Wok cooking does not usually require much oil!.
The restaurant may or may not used MSG - perhaps you could ask them!?
I love wok cookery but I prefer to do it at home where I know and can control what goes into it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
