There are some vegan frozen dinners from Amy's, Celentano & Cedarlane, but they aren't all vegan so you have to check the ingredients!.

I take induvidual juice boxed size soymilks on the go at all times in case I'm ever hungry and have no other options!.

Fruit that is easily portable like apples & bananas are also great!.

Hummus quesadillas in the microwave don't take long- put hummus where cheese once was & add avocado, salsa, black beans- or whatever else you like!.

If you have a huge disposable income there are vegan meal delivery services in many areas (such as "Vegin' Out" or "Organic Express") but they are expensive

Try it and you will learn things as you go, it is worth it :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not a vegan, but tofu, spinich and soy-bacon wraps are actually pretty good!.

1 flower tortillia,
2-3 strips of soy bacon
1/4 cup diced tofu
1 handful fresh spinich
1 tablespoon olive oil!.

use medium heat to brown the tofu cubes with chopped soy bacon strips in olive oil!. when the tofu is a light brown (the bacon will be cooked), fill the tortilla with the tofu, bacon and spinich!. for a little extra flavor you can use spicy mustard or guacamoli!. One little tip if you live on your own and don't go through tortillas very fast, you can use a mist of water while you're cooking to re-soften slightly dried out tortillas, and always keep them sealed in the fridge with a Ziploc bag, and make sure you don't zip your veggie bags shut, condensation kills the shelf life of veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are companies that make vegan entrees (such as Veggie Brothers or May Wah), and you can buy those, heat up frozen vegetables, microwave bake a potato, and/or heat up some rice, and have a dinner!. It's not the best, but it's for when you really don't feel like cooking!.

OR you can make several things over the weekend and freeze them for use later in the week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you have time to write!? Write letters to Supermarket to carry vegan instant food - vegan pumpkin soup, fried rice, spring roll, tofu, buns, prata, dim sum, etc where you just buy and heat up or just bake/toast it!.
