Oh yes, vegetarianism is definitely worth it :) After I became a vegetarian, I had more energy & I was healthier than when I was an omnivore!. With the right diet, you can get less cramps, your hair will be better, nails will grow faster & stronger, & much much more!.!. Not only does it help your body, but it helps the environment, and the animals!.

Congrats on becoming a Vegetarian :)

its even more worth it being a vegan!.

the largest pollutor of air is meat and dairy production and it also pollutes the water too, transportation is the second!. half of the fresh water is spent to hydrate animals and for cleaning the farms!. now think of all the droughts and dehydrated people!. all the food that is produced for animals, could already feed the starving children around the world!.

vegetarianism only saves animals from killing!. they can still put chickens in tiny cages, so its not a really good solution against animal abuse!. boycott of all animal products is!. farms arent very clean too!. I'm wondering if people would stop drinking milk if they would know how dirty farms are!. not some, all of them are!. cows dont know how to use the toilet, so you know!. I'm quite sure goats are more hygienic!.

veganism saves air, water, feeds the starving children and improves your health!. the only problem I still have is how to replace milk cause of bones and osteoporosis problems or whatever its called!. soy or rice milk isnt enough!. luckily I heard that there is calcium in nature!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is absolutely worth it! As long as you follow the diet properly you will be in great health, and just by switching to that diet, you're single-handedly saving the lives of over 100 animals a year!.

also, switching to a vegetarian/vegan diet is better for the environment than switching from a normal car to a hybrid!.

If not only for the health benefits its great for animals, they go through so much and slaughter houses are horrible!. (not to give you some lecture) But its definitely worth it!. I'd say go for it, you'll be helping yourself and the animals!. Check out peta!.org they've got great veggie recipes!. Boca, which is the name of a company that makes veggie burgers, sunstar, yves, burger kings has a veggie burger and so does chili's, actually there are lots of places to eat(out)!. And you can find veggie burgers at kroger in the health section, and the greenwise section at Publix(if those stores are a near u) and the wholefoods store, subway makes veggie subs which are awesome! they are so good!. Almost all restaurants have something vegetarian on their menus!. I tell u this because b4 I became a vegetarian I was so worried that when we went out I wouldnt be able to find "good" food, but theres lots! If you need any tips or advice feel free to email me! Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's worth a lot, the satisfaction of knowing your dinners not been alive and slaughtered far out ways the " bad" things!. I've been a vegetarian for 13 years and I've never looked back!. It's not hard to do at all with so many alternatives plus if you eat all the right things I believe you are actually healthier than someone shoveling a dead animal in their mouth!.

Go for it and good luck:)Www@FoodAQ@Com

i'm a vegetarian! its worth it :) you feel like your actually doing something good!. if your doing it for the animal slaughter reasons then it makes you feel a lot better!. for example i always hated the idea of it and just felt guilty that i wasnt doing anything so i became veg, and its so much better!. did you know that a vegetarian saves about 100 animals a year!? and it's also a lot healthier because theres not as much cholestriol in your food and it lowers the risk of heart disease!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
