Becoming a vegan (mainly raw) I noticed:

Massive weight loss - I had a lot to lose!.

Massive increase in energy

Glowing clear soft skin – I now have a good tone and blemish-free complexion

Condition of hair and nails improved

Improved immune system – I hardly ever get colds or flu nowadays

Calmer – I deal with stress a lot better

My life-long depression has gone away - I feel a lot happier within myself!.

I became a veggie in my late teens for ethical reasons!. I was healthy,so I wasn't expecting any changes!. But I was constipated! A veggie diet soon changed that and later on a vegan diet sorted it!. Dairy products can clog you up,so bear it in mind if you're just a veggie!.
also,my mood improved!. I used to be prone to depression!.
(or perhaps I felt depressed because I was eating meat and didn't agree with the idea of contributing to animal killing!?)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I didn't really notice any change physically because my family and I knew what foods I should eat to replace the nutrients in meat!.
I noticed that people (especially my friends) treated me more like an adult because I'd made the decision to become a veggie when I was 13!. Having said that, 2 people at college teased me about it!. One of the things they said was that because I'm a veggie my brain would shrink lol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well I became vegan a few weeks ago!. I INSTANTLY felt more awake during the day, & it wasn't a struggle for me to get up in the morning, no matter what time I go to bed!.

also after only 2 days my energy went through the roof! It was sooo crazy!

I've had bad acne for over 10 years, and it is practically all gone =)

Not to mention I lost about 8 lbs in 2 weeks!.

Being a vegan is so healthy for you =) I've never felt better!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Many!.!.!.
Intellect!.!.!.Awareness!.!.!.Conscience!.!.!.

Nevertheless, if the current uptrend is continue (and other factors remain unchanged), 43!.2% of world population will be vegetarians by the year 2019!. (Even some survey & researches predicted the figure would be much higher)

This is where the world is leading to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

So many things too! I have tons more energy, my skin tone & complexion have cleared up! Weight loss (so far 25lbs)!. Someone told me today that my eyes were clearer and brighter (thats a new one for me)!. And, believe it or not, I enjoy food and eating more than I ever have!. Cooking for me is now a fun experience, and I love finding new recipes! For some reason, I am also more motivated to excercise, I go walking several times a week, and am going to start working out again!.
