Teen Vegan- Recipes, good cookbooks, other help?!
Hi!. I've decided to become a vegan after reading a book on the cruelty and animal abuse in slaughter houses and more!. Well, the book gives ideas, but no steps to making the dish!. My mom read the book as well and I'm not sure how she is going to change her own diet, but she fully understands my decision!. Yesterday we went to the store to pick up a few things and I decided to grab some things I can actually eat and the price was unbelievable!. Now, I'm not going to let that stop me, but I was hoping for some money saver ideas and maybe advice about how to keep the bill down!. Does it get better as you find the food you like!? Any simple recipes or sites with easy recipes for a teen who doesn't usually cook (sometimes)!? Whats your favorite Vegan cookbook!?
I also have a question about organic fruit!. Now, as I said I would like to stay under a certain budget and organic fruit is obviously more expensive!. I'm a big fruit eater are the benefits worth the price!? I think so!.!. (cont)Www@FoodAQ@Com
