What foods are better for digestive health?!
My stomach is often upset and rather than trying to avoid certain foods (because there seem to be so many of them that it is impossible to identify them all) I am curious to know if there are any foods that are supposed to be good for over-all digestive health, and if so, what are they!? I know about yogurt already but is there anything else!? also are there any vitamins that are particularly helpful with this!?

Well, indigestion can be caused by a few things!.
First, it could very well be the dairy, fish or eggs!. Dairy especially is well known for this!.
Other wise, highly cooked and highly processed foods (and spicy etc!.) are very difficult to digest and indigestion results!. Because they are dead foods and lacking enzymes etc!. that allow it to digest properly!.
also, combining foods improperly will cause indigestion, such as eating fruit with other foods!. See, different foods require different digestive conditions, so if you eat such foods together, both end up digesting poorly!.

Fruit is best to aid digestion!.!. Banana is high in potassium which the digestion process needs!.!. it also needs acid to help break down the foods!. Fish is not a vegetarian item as it doesn't grow from the ground and it also is a meat!.!. So you aren't vegetarian if you eat meat!.!. you can call yourself a near vegetarian!.!. that means almost vegetarian! I'm almost a vegan but I eat eggs so I'm not a vegan! There are some vegetarians that don't eat any meat but eat eggs and wrongly call themself one! I use to make the error of calling myself a vegetarian when I gave up all meat except fish! The mercury scare got me to give up fish! It is estimatedOver 50% of fish in the markets contains mercury!.!. sometime small amount that's not much and sometime alot in the fish! The mercury often comes from outboard motorboats!Www@FoodAQ@Com
High fiber containing foods are good!.
