Do you guys know about carmine color?!

Question: Do you guys know about carmine color!?
It is used in various items, food, drink, and cosmetics!. Here's the deal: I have seen it in a brand of SOYMILK! It was strawberry-flavored and used to color the milk red!. I contacted the company and mentioned that Stonyfield Farm's strawberry yogurt uses beet juice concentrate to achieve the same results!. Another thing was that I bought some natural lipstick or blush and they used it in there, as well!. It's not cruelty-free or vegan! It is made by crushing these beetles that are inside of cactuses or something!. Their shells are red and that's how they get the color!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
