Hi Flowers :)

I have some good sites that have very good vegetarian recipes!.

This site has over 40,000 meatless recipes!!

Here are some more!.!.!.

If you want more you can email me, I know lots of good meatless recipes

If you go to a nearby supermarket they sell mock meat called "Yves" or "Morning Star" which is good if you crave meat!. It taste just like meat but is made from soy and vegetables!.

Good luck!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Guacamole fills me up really well!.

1 avocado
1/2 onion (chopped)
1/2 red pepper (chopped)
1 hot chilli (chopped/optional)
pepper and salt to taste

Mash avocado and mix in other ingredients!. Super easy!. You can easily put this on bread, chips, salad !.!.!. ect!. Mix with some salsa!.

Avocados have 75% insoluble fiber (10g/40% daily amount)!. Fiber will absorb water, make you feel fuller, and clean your colon!. It contains a lot of monosaturated fats!. This is great for your health, take longer to digest, and very good for your skin!. also they contain 60% more potassium than bananas!.

But be warned, high fiber foods take longer to digest!. If you are really hungry, try to eat simpler carbs with it!. It will take 1/2 an hour to feel the effects of the high fiber food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is no such thing!. Totally veggie meals are lame and un-fulfilling!. I made a lasagna once, though, with eggplant, and it was pretty tasty!.

I think the key is not to cut out meats entirely, but perhaps to simply reduce the intake!. Make a spaghetti or lasagna, etc!., with at least a little bit of meat!. I think people go over-board about it and then wind up feeling constantly unsatisfied with their meals!.

Since we MUST eat to survive, then why make it a dull and drab and disappointing experience!? It's like these folks who are constantly dieting and measuring carbs and such!. Eat some chocolate every once in a while or have that pizza slice!.

Moderation, moderation!.!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lentil soup
Meatless chili (Morningstar Crumblers are like ground beef) with veggies, and brown rice for a side
Beans and other legumes
Salads pumped with lots of leafy greens, chickpeas, granola, sunflower seeds, etc
Tofu (just try it, please!?) dishes with veggies
Try to avoid starchy foods, (will turn to sugar in the body, which is digested quickly, leaving you hungry faster)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've been a vegetarian for about 3 years and have found a lot of meals that fill you up!. Nuts give you protein!. Foods such as beans, rice and whole grains will fill your stomach, and are healthy!. Try VegWeb!.com This website helped me out with recipes when I first became a vegetarian, and sometimes I still refer to it when I can't think of anything creative to make!. I hope it helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The more natural, the better, the more preserved fiber AND nutrients!. Not white starches like pasta!.

I suggest a huge green smoothie!.
(This one is way sweet for me, but feel free to add honey or agave as you please!. Or any other fruits for the matter!.)

Plop a banana in a blender, blend it!.
Toss in a handful each of spinach and kale!. Blend!.
Add water for consistency!.
