There are lots of flavored tofus that are pretty good, it's just a matter of what your tastes are!. You should also look into the Garden Burger and Boca Burger line of foods; good protein, lots of healthy ingredients and much variety!.

I'm not vegetarian, but I use these things, along with more fish, to reduce the amount of meat I eat because of cholesterol; raw almonds, dried fruit, garden burgers and fresh fish have eliminated the need for medication and I still get to have meat once a week or so!.

Good luck and happy eating!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can find tofu in the produce section of most grocery stores!. I usually buy plain and cook it with veggies!. I like using tamari & tahini to season it!. also good steamed with veggies & a few squirts of Bragg's Liquid Aminos (you can find this in the asian section of your grocer)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

personally , i buy just plain tofu , and i mix it with other stuff , i know that is most likely not an awnser , but i haven't realyl tired anything other than that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't eat a lot of tofu!. When I do, I usually fry it, which I like the taste of!.

Most grocery stores sell tofu, I don't think you'll have a problem finding it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I dont personally like tofu but i try to buy immitation beef like Boca burgers!.You can usually buy those types of products at heath food stores!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite Tofu would have too be from Twin Oaks Community Farms, it is extra firm and great for just about anything especially when you need it too stay together!Www@FoodAQ@Com
