Making raw almond milk.....?!

Question: Making raw almond milk!.!.!.!.!.!?

I put the almonds in water at 3 pm and don't want to wake up at 3am to take them out!. Is it ok if they soak for more than 12 hours and do I need to cover them or put them in the fridge!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
