Well, not knowing what you have, I'll suggest succotash:
1 TBSP butter
1 Small to medium red bell pepper, small dice
1 10 oz package frozen baby lima beans
2 TBSP water
1 or 2 ears fresh corn
Salt and pepper
Saute the bell pepper in the butter 1-2 minutes!. Add the water and beans, cover and cook until beans are tender ( see package directions)!. Meanwhile remove the corn from the cob!. Add to the bean mixture and stir to warm!. Adjust seasoning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't say if they are fresh, canned, frozen, or dried!. You also don't say what ingredients you have on hand!. Here is a what my grandmother (a southern gal) used to serve in the summer!.
Cook fresh Lima with diced bacon!. You can use ham if you prefer!. Use enough water so you have something like a soup!. Season with salt and pepper!.
Cook corn on the cob and slice some fresh tomatoes!.
Put some Lima's and juice in a bowl, cut up some sliced tomatoes and cut the corn off the cob into the soup!. Serve with bread and butter!. YUM YUMWww@FoodAQ@Com
