Answers:
sorbet (sugar free fat free)
I like to mash up some fruit, like raspberries and put them on a piece of toast with natural peanut butter
toast with natural peanut butter and thin slices of banana
popcorn with nutritional yeast, popcorn with spike seasoning, popcorn with cinnamon and sugar, popcorn with a little melted light earth balance
baby carrots (I eat so many freaking baby carrots, they're my go to food when I'm bored for some reason)
umm, cashews or peanuts (in moderation), almonds and walnuts, but they aren't quite as tasty and snack-ish in my opinion, I kinda've force them upon myself to get the nutrients
or make some muffins:
1 1/2 cups flour (I use 1 cup whole wheat and 1/2 c oats)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup oil (I use a heaping 1/4 cup of applesauce instead)
1 cup frozen blueberries (I mix it up, sometimes I sub: sliced banana, shredded carrots, shredded zucchini, coconut flakes and chocolate chips, banana and coconut flakes and chocolate chips - oh and I ALWAYS put a ton of cinnamon in the ones with blueberries, they're so good that way)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400F!. Place baking cups in a muffin pan!.
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together in a mixing bowl!. Add soy milk and oil!. Mix!.
- Fold in blueberries!. (or whatever filling you're using)
- Pour into baking cups and bake for 25-30 minutes!.
- Serves: makes about 8 muffins
- Preparation time: 30 minutes!.
also, I never use muffin cups, just grease the pan by spraying then wiping a paper towel through all the cups
also, kale chips:
rip clean, dry kale into chip size pieces, toss with vinegar or oil or both so that kale is coated (lightly, but coated) spread kale over a baking sheet, and bake for about 10 minutes at 375 until crispy, then add salt or seasonings of choice!.
or Flat Earth chips are soo delicious, I love them and they're somewhat healthy
hope some of these ideas help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Air popped popcorn with a little bit of salt (or add some cinnamon if you like that salty and sweet flavour)
Some healthy, multigrain, fibre-full cereal in a dish!. If you like that crunch like potato chips, this could satisfy!.
A small serving of nuts!.
