How do i let my mom know im turning vegan?!

Tell her straight up that this is the decision you'd like to make!. Might be as well to back it up with knowledge about vegan nutrition as well: veganhealth!.org is a very good resource written by a vegan nutritionist, that covers all aspects of vegan nutrition!. Researching it properly, and being respectful and kind toward your mom's reaction, will go a long way in convincing her that you're serious about this!. Offering to cook with meals and shop will also usually go down well too!. Good luck!.

You can sit her down and explain why you want to go vegan!. Tell her all the benefits!.Showing her leaflets and dvds can help too!.She can't force you you to eat anything you don't want to!. since it's your body!.
