Question: What do you call those little ears of corn that come with your salad!?
they look just like corn of the cobb but smaller , my wife says that they are called "baby corn" I disagree!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your wife is correct!.!. " Baby Corn" Just go to your local supermarket and look at the canned corns you'll see cans that say baby corn!.!. Some cans may even have the picture of these small corns! The only other name I know of is immature corn! It's more common to call them Baby Corn!Www@FoodAQ@Com
