Lizzy's answer is my fave brownie recipe too but I tweak and modified a few to reduce the calories and make it tastier and healthier!.

* 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
* 1 1/4 cups organic sugar
* 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup water
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1 medium size banana
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

NOTE: Organic sugar tends to absorb moisture in it so you need to add a bit of water to the recipe!. It really is very easy and delicious!. Fudgy, gooey, and healthy! Sinful!

DIRECTIONS

1!. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
2!. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt!. Pour in water, vegetable oil and vanilla; mix until well blended!. Spread evenly in a 9x13 inch baking pan!.
3!. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is no longer shiny!. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

www!.vegweb!.com has a lot, this microwave method is easy and delicious:

1 banana, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix wet ingredients in a bowl!.!.!.add dry ingredients!.!.!.!. mix everything together well and put in a small microwavable safe dish that's been greased up with cooking spray!.

Sprinkle with chocolate chips and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes (depending on how gooey you like em)!. Great for late night studying Snacks!. You could probably even add some instant coffee to them before you cook them!. lol

Serves: 4-6!?

Preparation time: 10 minutes
