Soymilk, my favorite is West soy!. <-- thats the brand!.
Almond milk is also good, especially in cerials!.
There is also chocolate and strawberry soymilk!.
A good place to g to find these would be Henrys Market, Trader Joes, Fresh & Easy, and you can try Albersons for the regular soymilk, and also Ralphs, or anyother local groceary store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use soy milk for baking and cooking!. I really don't drink plant milks anymore, but when I did, I loved Chocolate Silk!.
There's also almond milk (a little sweet), rice milk, oat milk, (I tried it once; it's very creamy), and hemp milk (which I didn't care for)!. Some vegan cookbooks will even have recipes for nut milks!.
Different brands will also taste differnet, so keep trying until you find the type you like best!. And when you buy plant milk for cooking and baking, look for unsweetened, unflavored varieties!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love Silk Soy milk, plain for cooking, vanilla for baking and drinking and smoothies
chocolate for dessert or chocolate ice cream or chocolate recipes (brownies, cake)
you could also drink rice milk or almond milk, I tried rice milk once many years ago and didn't like it and haven't tried it since, but many of my friends love it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Soya milk is way healthier than cow milk, as is nut milk and rice rice milk!. Most supermarkets now sell them, as well as egg substitutes, so just check your local supermarket!. I have been vegan my whole life and my personal favourite is soya milk sweetened with apple juice!. If you get soya milk, though, I would suggest getting the sweetened stuff because the non sweetened stuff tastes gross!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Though not a vegan or even a vegetarian, I'm lactose intolerant so cow milk is out of the question!. I LOVE Silk Chocolate soy milk!. When it comes to cereal, I use original flavored Almond Breeze!. I personally don't like rice milk as it leaves a funny aftertaste and I feel like my mouth is coated in a thin film!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Soy milk, but there are heaps of brands and flavours!. Make sure you try a few brands to see which is your favourite!. So Good light and chocolate soy milk are my fave!. There is also rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk, hemp milk!. Some are good for cooking or baking and some you can drink, make coffee or use on cereal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hi Otepfreak,
given that cow's milk is pure poison for humans - responsible, amongst other "unpleasantness" for:-
60% of all gynaecological problems
40% of all lung and intestinal problems
70%+ of diabetes
98% of all skin problems
etc!.!
I would question why you would want an alternative!. I have heard that regular small doses of arsenic has similar effects; maybe you'd like to try that!.
Personally, I prefer oat drink in my coffee!.
Blessed be!.
