"Mom, can you cook something else for me!? I want to try being a vegetarian!.!.!. Pretttttyyyyyy please!?!?!?!?!?!?"

"I'll explain later ok!?!?!? Love you Mom!!!"!.!.

Try that!. My daughter did and it worked with me though I am not a Mom (I am a Dad)and she didn't ask if she could be a vegetarian, she wanted a really expensive new dress for a party!. I appreciated the honesty, the respect and those irresistible cute eyes!.!. a tantrum and haughty attitude would certainly have not worked!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can always sit down with her and explain to her why you want to be veggie and know the facts!. You can get a whole bunch of recipes online and show her that it really is simple and healthy !. Remember she can't force you to eat anything you don't want to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you might ask her to help you find out what special proteins or foods you would need to add to your diet if you started a vegetarian diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tell her that you will buy and cook all your own meals!. If you are not willing and able to do that, then just shut up and eat what's served to you and express your gratitude!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just tell her!. if he doesnt accept that, its her own fault!. its your choice after all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

mom i dont like meat i rather not eat meat just tell she might be cool with itWww@FoodAQ@Com
